This braking system is designed with the S4 4-piston caliper, perfectly paired with a 12" one-piece slotted and drilled zinc-plated rotor. The S4 caliper comes equipped with D.O.T compliant dust and weather seals, and it’s compatible with the popular DR1 or HB100 pad types. What’s really neat about Baer's design is its unique backing plate, which serves not just as a caliper mount but also houses a modern one-piece park brake shoe assembly. You’ll also find stainless braided hoses included in this package. The 12" SS4 is a great fit for most wheels that are 16" or larger, making it suitable for rear ends with Ford 8"/9" small bearing housing ends (5x5.00" BC).
