We understand that returns or exchanges may sometimes be necessary, and our goal is to make these processes as simple as possible. Please read and understand these Terms & Conditions carefully, as they are binding on both the Customer and CarsPart24.

Note: Many parts are intended for off-road or performance use only. Installation and use of performance products are at the customer’s own risk. CarsPart24 is not responsible for mechanical, electrical, or other failures when using aftermarket products. Some items may be illegal in certain jurisdictions and intended only for racing vehicles not used on public highways.

Acceptance of Terms
By using CarsPart24.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. CarsPart24 reserves the right to accept or decline any order at any time.

Product Information
All content on this site—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of CarsPart24 or its suppliers and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Product descriptions and images are provided by suppliers. CarsPart24 is not responsible for typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or inaccuracies.

Ordering and Payment
By placing an order, you enter into a contract to purchase. Payment is processed immediately via available methods (Credit Cards, PayPal, etc.). Orders may require verification before processing. CarsPart24 reserves the right to supply less than the quantity ordered and adjust invoices accordingly. Prices and shipping costs may change due to supplier costs, exchange rates, or shipping fees.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is handled via verified carriers. Delivery times may vary. International shipments may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility. CarsPart24 is not liable for delays caused by carriers.

Returns, Exchanges, and Special Orders
Standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original packaging if defective or unused. Special order items cannot be canceled or returned. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is caused by CarsPart24. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported immediately; do not install or modify them. Photos or video may be requested for returns, replacements, or exchanges.

Warranty
Warranties are provided directly by manufacturers. CarsPart24 facilitates claims but is not responsible for product failures. Race-use or aftermarket products, or items modified from their original state, are not covered under warranty. Proof of professional installation may be required for warranty claims.

Limitation of Liability
CarsPart24 provides services and products “as is” and is not responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from use of products or the website. Customers assume all risks when installing or using aftermarket or performance products.

Indemnification
Customers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold CarsPart24 and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from use of the website, orders, or violation of these Terms.

Legal Compliance
CarsPart24 may disclose information to comply with laws, cooperate with investigations, enforce rights, or prevent fraud.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States (or applicable country). Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the customer’s location.
