This system showcases the "Original" Baer 2-piston, pad guided caliper (PGC) paired with a robust 13" one-piece slot and drill rotor, complete with a zinc-plated integral hub. The PGC caliper is not only stylish with its red powder-coated finish and black logo, but it also comes equipped with dust and weather seals, ensuring durability. Plus, it uses the widely favored D412 pad type for optimal performance.
Included in the package are premium bearings with pre-installed races, dust caps, mounting brackets, stainless braided hoses, and all the necessary hardware for an easy installation. This 13" "Classic" system is designed to fit select 17" or larger wheels, giving your ride a sleek look.
Important: This system is tailored for vehicles equipped with a 15/16" master cylinder and the right pedal ratio. If you have a manual brake setup, you can opt for a 7/8" master cylinder, which makes applying the brakes a breeze. Just keep in mind that using a master cylinder larger than 15/16" may require more pedal effort than desired to achieve the appropriate line pressure for your brake system.
This setup is compatible with 1964-72 GM A-Body, 67-69 GM F-Body, and 64-74 X-Body cars featuring OE spindles. It also works with DSE, Heidt's, Fatman, Ridetech, L&H Drop Spindles, and other OE Replacement Spindles.
