Designed specifically for full-size 2WD and 4WD trucks and SUVs, these headers are not compatible with smaller trucks or SUVs like the Envoy Denali, Trailblazer SS, or SSR. Important Notice About Header Wrap

DO NOT use header wrap on any BBK Performance exhaust headers or pipes; it will void the BBK warranty.

Installation

Designed as a direct bolt-on solution, the BBK 40050 headers are compatible with factory or aftermarket cat-back exhaust systems. The kit comes with new gaskets and hardware for easy installation. However, it’s important to note that on the passenger side OE manifold, you must remove the factory OE doughnut gasket and reinstall it on the BBK passenger side header to ensure a proper seal with the mid-pipe.
