Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

RMA must be requested within 30 days of item delivery. Any request after 30 days will be declined.
Items must not be installed or attempted to be installed and should be returned in perfect sellable condition to receive full credit.
Item must be received by us within 30 days after RMA approval.
Incorrect or damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item.

All shipping charges for returned items are the customer’s responsibility.
All return merchandise must be insured for the original purchase price or greater at the customer’s expense.
Products damaged during return shipping are the full responsibility of the customer and the shipping carrier they choose.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus any actual shipping charges we paid.
If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund in addition to the restocking fee.
Coilover assembly fee (if selected) is non-refundable.
Any return request will be handled at the discretion of carspart24.com.

Orders can be canceled within 10 minutes of placement (due to COVID-19 and limited stock).
After 10 minutes, we will try to cancel, but if the order is processed, rerouting fees may apply.
Orders canceled after being processed and packaged will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Refused packages will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping fees.
Order changes (excluding backorder substitutions) are subject to a $25 intercept fee and a 24-hour delay.
If the order has shipped, a $13 fee per box plus any additional shipping charges will apply.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, and wire transfers.
PayPal accounts must have a verified shipping and billing address; we only ship to that address.
International PayPal transactions require proof of buyer legitimacy.
Gift cards must be registered to your shipping address.
Please ensure your billing address matches your card issuer to avoid delays.

We strive to ship orders within 24–72 hours. Most in-stock items ship same day if ordered before 2 PM MST.
Most products ship from California or Colorado. Transit times may vary.
