EBC Replacement Rotor Rings have been rigorously tested to ensure they can endure hundreds of hours of the most demanding track driving. Each cast iron ring has 48 curved vanes oriented left and right, ensuring that the vanes rotate in the proper direction for maximum cooling effectiveness. All outer friction rings are made of a high-copper, high-carbon G3500 disc alloy, which provides excellent wear and crack resistance, even when utilized on the track or in racing.

When subjected to the intense heat generated by severe braking, the cast-iron outer ring 'floats' on EBC's revolutionary SD-Drive technology bobbins, allowing the friction ring to expand and contract freely by up to 3mm. Bobbins are made from a single piece of stainless steel, preventing corrosion and guaranteeing that the outer ring continues to float freely even after prolonged exposure to road elements. Each bobbin location is additionally equipped with an anti-rattle spring clip, ensuring that these discs are completely silent when in use.
