Compatibility and Versatility

You can pair this elbow with our 29085 Victor Jr LS1, although keep in mind that some cowl trimming and an SS hood will be necessary. The 3848 Elbow is also compatible with various square bore (4150 style) manifold setups, giving you the flexibility to mount it forward, backward, or sideways on any of our Victor EFI Square bore (4150) style manifolds.

Important Details to Note

Thanks to its low profile design, a one-inch spacer is required for both small and Big Block Chevy forward mount configurations to ensure clearance for the water neck. You can use it with an LS1 80 mm throttle body (just don’t forget to grab the PN 2737 adaptor) or the Edelbrock PN 3869 90mm Universal throttle body, as well as Ford style 75mm options.
