GFB expands the DV+ range with a direct-fit solution for the factory diverter valve found on many European vehicles. While the factory solenoid coil works great (the ECU opens it faster than any pneumatic valve), the valve mechanism is where the weaknesses lie. GFB's DV+ addresses this by swapping out the valve parts for an anodised billet aluminium housing and a precisely machined brass piston.

Other aftermarket solutions often require replacing the entire system with a traditional pneumatic valve. This can lead to complicated installations with extra parts, long vacuum hose runs, and additional solenoid valves or resistors. The outcome? A slower, less responsive system that costs more and takes longer to install.

We've introduced a unique "pilot-actuation" system that uses the solenoid to control the air pressure needed to open and close the piston. This means the DV+ will operate reliably regardless of how much boost you push through it. Plus, it opens progressively in response to boost pressure, providing better throttle response compared to the factory valve, which can only fully open or shut.
