HREs FlowForm Series wheels are made from the same forged aluminum as the Competition Series, but in a one-piece format. FlowForm wheels are extremely engineered to minimize unsprung mass and rotational inertia for optimal acceleration and braking performance. All of the FlowForm wheels finishes are applied in-house at HREs 60,000 square-foot manufacturing facility in San Diego brings a state of mind the ending result will be flawless. Flowform is a process designed by HRE in which a pressure-cast preform is "stretched" to a specific flow formed profile and thickness. This flow forming process improves the grain structure of the aluminum making it stronger, lighter and more precise than a traditional cast wheel resulting in forged aluminum-like strength.
