The EVO8008C air induction system utilizes Injens proprietary 8-Layer Oiled Cotton Gauze air filter for maximum efficiency (also available with a dry filter - P/N# EVO8008).

Every Evolution induction systems utilize some of the largest filters on the market, employing super deep filter pleats, with some measuring over 1.25"deep! This particular intake kit also features our patented Twist-Lock mounting system on the air filter to ensure a simple installation.

The EVO8008C cold air intake system was designed to use the maximum space available under the hood to ensure optimum breathing room and extreme performance, along with pulling fresh, clean air from the OE ram air scoop.

When it comes to durability, Injens EVO8008C can't be beat! Some of our competitors use an inferior HDPE linear polyethylene to mold their intakes.

HDPE is cheap for manufacturing but doesn't come close to the strength and durability of XLPE polyethylene.

The XLPE that Injen uses has 20 times the environmental stress crack resistance of HDPE, 10 times the molecular weight of HDPE, and 5 times the impact and tensile strength of HDPE.
